At LydiMed, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how we handle returns and refunds in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and our own voluntary commitments.
1. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights under UK consumer law. You may be entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.
2. Voluntary 30‑Day Returns Guarantee
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30‑day returns period for eligible items purchased directly from www.lydimed.co.uk.
Eligibility Conditions:
- You must notify us within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email) is required.
3. How to Request a Return
- Email admin@lydimed.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for confirmation and a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) from our customer service team.
- Package the item securely, including all original accessories, manuals, and packaging materials.
- Send it to the address provided with the RAN. We recommend a tracked delivery service to ensure safe return.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- If the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described, we will cover the return postage.
- For all other returns (e.g., change of mind), you are responsible for shipping costs.
5. Processing Your Refund
- Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we’ll confirm approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days and issued to the original payment method.
- If you paid for express delivery, only the standard delivery cost will be refunded (unless the goods were faulty).
6. Exemptions — Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Perishable goods.
- Personalised or custom‑made items.
- Digital products after download has started (with your consent).
- Services that have been fully performed before cancellation.
7. Exchanges
Where possible, we offer exchanges instead of refunds. Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time your return is processed.
14-Day Withdrawal Period-
Moreover, In accordance with UK & EU regulations, and where you have not been able to physically purchase your item(s) in a store, if your order is being delivered and/or within the UK/European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of receipt without needing to provide a reason. To qualify for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition—unused, unworn, with all/any tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt (physical/digital) or other valid proof of purchase is also required to further counteract fraud.
