I'm Dr Carol S. Ighofose
I am a highly accomplished and experienced medical professional, author, and speaker. I’m a General Practitioner in the UK and the founder and director of LydiMed Limited. I’m also a missionary and a mother. As a patient myself, I have a unique perspective on health matters.
I know a thing or two about heart health, having suffered a Heart attack in 2018 as well as being a Medical Practitioner. In 2021, I was given a “Heart Health Champion Award” by the British Heart Foundation (BHF) for my efforts to promote ‘Heart Health’ awareness.
